1. Positive-Investment is a private club and is not officially licensed, registered or insured as a bank or financial institution.

2. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in Positive-Investment.

3. We only accept Liberty Reserve deposits. All members must have an Liberty Reserve as all payments are made to your Liberty Reserve accounts.

4. You acknowledge that you are acting as an individual and not on behalf of any other entity.

5. You also agree to only invest money that you can afford to lose. You understand that in all investment arrangements past performance is no guarantee of the same future performance. Any investment can fail at any time. You must understand that no implicit guarantee is provided and the Administrator is in no way liable for any losses that may occur.

6. Don't post bad vote on Public Forums and at Gold Rating Site without contacting the Administrator of our program first. Maybe there was a technical problem with your transactions, so please always clear the thing with the Administrator.

7. User understands and fully accepts the fact that absolutely no spamming of information about Positive-Investment or our web site is allowed. All information you receive is unsolicited, private encoded communications of privileged, proprietary, and confidential information for you only and you agree to keep it private, confidential, and protected from any disclosure.

8. We are not liable for any damage or loss of data caused by any events, accidents or omissions, that lead to delay or distortions in the transmission of information, requests and orders due to a breakdown in any transmission facilities that are beyond our control.

9. We reserve the right to alter these terms of service at any time and notify you of such changes by posting an updated version on our site.

10. We reserve the right to suspend any client's account if we notice a violation of the above terms.
